It has a balcony with views of the water, secure parking, and everything else you will need for your stay. Kiama is a vibrant town with lots on, and by staying here, you will be right on the doorstep of all that you will want to see and do. You will however also be able to hear the ocean at night and relax in a stylish and comfortable home.
How is the property laid out?
Surf Beach Dreams is on the second level of the apartment building, and is set out on one level - as per the floor plan provided. There are three bedrooms (one with en-suite), a shared bathroom, an internal laundry and an open plan kitching, dining and lounge room. The balcony is accessed via the lounge and is the full width of the apartment.
What about outdoors?
There is a lovely park and Surf Beach directly across the road. Surf Beach is patrolled. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the world go by, with views of the beach and water. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?!
All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and blinds. The apartment can also be opened up to catch any available sea breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels however.
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is one allocated space in the under cover, secure parking. The parking area is accessed from ground floor, and the space for this unit is straight ahead and marked with a number "11". You drive up onto the steel mesh patform.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Is there any special information I should know about?
The building has either an elevator or stairs that can be used to get up to the second level where Surf Beach Dreams is located.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not yet provide WiFi. The building has not been made NBN ready. As you are in the heart of Kiama, mobile phone reception will be good on all networks. As soon as NBN is available to the building, the owners will provide wifi.
