Where will I be?
Sea Mist is located directly across from Werri Beach, and a short, easy walk to the Surf Club or beginning of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. A quick 5 minute drive and you're in the main street of Gerringong - a hub for shopping, cafes, resturants and a local supermarket.

It's close proximity to the waterfront lets you wake up to the sound of the ocean, and sunrisesare spectacular on both the upstairs deck or walking right onto the beach.
How is the property laid out?
Downstairs: Walking through the front door into Sea Mist you find a Media Room to the left and Garage entry to the right. Head straight through the entry hallway and you'll reach the airy kitchen, living and dining spaces, easily opening via sliding doors to the backyard and BBQ areas.
Upstairs: Coming up two flights of stairs you find yourselfin a generous lounge and TV area leading out to the beach side balcony. The left side has all the bedrooms, with Bedrooms 2 & 3offering outlooks over the backyard.
What about outdoors?
Sea Mist has no shortage of outdoor spaces - a paved back patio flows on to a fair sized grass backyard with a BBQ area around the side. The upstairsundercover balcony provides a stunning outlook over the horizon at Werri Beach and adjacent headland.
A left hand side gate from the front of the house leads straight to an outdoor shower area - perfect for that post swim orsurf wash off!
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Sea Mist provides ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating throughout for year-round comfort. The house can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets, pillows, blankets, duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property. However please bring your favorite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
A double garage is available for guest use and can fit two cars parked side by side. An additional 2 cars may also park on the driveway space.
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
