Where will I be?
Ohana is located on the headland at Gerroa and the beach can be accessed via a laneway across the road. The Blue Swimmer Cafe (famous for great food and coffee!), the Gerroa Fishermans Club, with it's amazing views, and the General Store are all within walking distance.

This family home has plenty of space for everyone!Sit back and relax in the large living areas with views of Seven Mile Beach, or enjoy a game oftable tennis in the downstairs living area. Make the most of the outdoors by dining on the back deck and admiring the recently landscaped garden that backs onto farmland.
How is the property laid out?
Ohana is a double story home. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with one bunk and a queen bed. There is one bathroom with bath, separate shower and a separate toilet room.
The living, kitchen and dining area are all open plan. The dining room has a table to seat ten, and the lounge room has a wood fireplace, two three-seater couches, a lounge chair, coffee table, TV, and DVD player with a collection of DVDs. There is a second living room upstairs. There is also a fully equipped laundry.
Downstairs there is a large living area with a table tennis table and sofa. There are two single beds in the loft style area, and a bedroom with a queen bed separated from the living area by a curtain. There is also a large bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
Please note -there is no internal access between upstairs and downstairs.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner canguarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
A large deck opens off the third bedroom/second lounge room, and has a table with ten chairs and a BBQ. There is a fully fenced backyard with a hot and cold outdoor shower, perfect for when you come in from the beach!
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Ohana has split system air conditioning upstairs keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. There is also a wood fire place in the living room. Downstairs there is an oil heater for the winter and a fan for the summer. All of the doors and windows can be opened to catch the breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking -Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do notschedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
