Key features - Nobleview is a large and spacious home with enough room for twofamilies. It is in a great central location and has beautiful views over the beach from the living/dining area and balcony.
Configuration - Nobleview is a two storey home with six bedrooms.Upstairs is the large open plan living and dining area leading out onto the balcony which overlooks Werri Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped.Also upstairs is a master bedroom with king bed and a separate powder room with toilet and basin.
Downstairs there is a second living area with flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and table tennis table, and five more bedrooms.A second master room has aking bed,ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and flat screen TV. There is asingle room with a single bed and the rest of the bedrooms are twin rooms with twoking single beds in each. Also on this level is the main bathroomwith bath, shower and separate toilet and afully equipped laundry.
Bedding configuration - please note that two of the downstairs bedrooms can be made up as king beds if required. The default configuration is single beds. Please let us know a preference at the time of making your booking.
Outdoors - Nobleview has a covered balcony off the upstairs living area with BBQ, outdoor furniture, and views over Werri Beach. Downstairs is a fully fenced back garden.
Heating and Cooling -There are heaters in main living areas, and oil heaters and ceiling fans in bedrooms.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking -There is secure garage parking for twocars andoff street, open air parking for another twocars on the driveway.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
