Where will I be?
Mistral is in a great location,within easy walking distance to the beach. It is located one street back from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach and has access via a gate in the backyard. The house is slightly elevated, giving great views of the ocean from the balcony, living area and bedrooms.

Mistral is a well appointed house with extensive views and easy beach access via the backyard. It is peacful, comfortable and spacious enough for twofamilies with everything you need for your holiday.
How is the property laid out?
Mistral is a double storey, four bedroom home, configured as follows:
Upstairs has a large open plan kitchen and dining area featuring polished timber floors and sliding glass doors which open to a large covered timber deck. The spacious master bedroom is adjacent to the living area - a king bedroom with great ocean views, a large en-suite (shower, bath, his and her basins), and sliding doors that open onto the deck. It also has a TV and DVD player. Near the kitchen, there is also a separate toilet with basin, and a spare room for kids to play in.
Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet with its own wash basin area. The bedrooms are a large queen sized bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with twoking single beds + single trundle beds for children under each. Both the queen and twin bedrooms also have beach views and sliding doors that open to the downstairs deck.
Downstairs also has a good sized internal laundry, an entrance hallway and internal access to the double lock up garage.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not provide wifi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
What about outdoors?
A large deck off the living area with outdoor setting for eightand gas BBQ. The main bedroom also opens to this deck. Downstairs is a fully fenced backyard with outdoor shower.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Mistral has a gas fire place in the living room, there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms to keep you cool in summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking in the double garage for two cars and off street, open air parking for two more cars on the driveway. Please note that the driveway is fairly steep, so take caution.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Mistral at Gerroa is a pet friendly property, subject to all the normal rules of no dogs on furniture or beds, clean up your doggy mess please, and make sure your dog does not bark at night or if left alone.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
