Kendalls Beach Getaway is located across the road from a public reserve. Nearby you will find the shallow waters of Kendalls Beach, BBQ facilities, picnic tables and walking tracks. Kiama town centre is a short drive away with shops, cafes and great restaurants.

How is the property laid out?
Kendalls Beach Getaway consists of two dwellings, a main house and a cottage.
The main house is a two storey home that has been set up to sleep 6 adults and 4 children comfortably.
Main house, downstairs - enter the property from downstairs, where you will find a living area, the main queen bedroom with an ensuite and the laundry.
Main house, upstairs - upstairs there is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, along with the second bathroom and three bedrooms: one queen, one with two king singles and the third with a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single above) + a trundle bed.
The Cottage has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Down the hall are 2 bedrooms, one queen, and one with two single bunks (furnished with 4 children in mind). There is a combined bathroom and laundry.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The main house has a full length upstairs balcony at the front of the house. The backyard is fully fenced with an outdoor dining setting, umbrella and a spa to make the most of the outdoors!
The cottage has a large undercover outdoor area which is protected from the wind. To the side of the cottage you also have a courtyard style garden.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
The main house has reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. All the windows have been fitted with flyscreens so you can let the breeze in without the bugs.There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room of the cottage for year round comfort.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets & doonas, linen and bath towels are provided in this home. However please bring your own favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for up to 4 small-medium sized cars on the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
