Location -Jervis Shores is located in a quiet residential area, with direct access to Callala Bay. There is a well equipped IGA a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away, along with a few takeaway shops.

Key features - This modern, well equipped home has everything you will need for your Jervis Bay getaway. Sheridan bed linen is provided, as well as Netflix, an Xbox 360 and books and magazines for your entertainment.
Configuration - Jervis Shores is a split level home. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a single bed and bunk beds. There is also a bathroom and access to the garage which has a washing machine and dryer. The middle level of the home has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens onto the outdoor porch. The top level has the master bedroom with king bed and large ensuite, as well as an eagles nest office alcove if you need to work remotely.
Outdoors - Jervis Shores has a fully fenced courtyard style backyard. There is an undercover dining area with an electric BBQ. You can access the beach via the back gate and down the track to the beach. There is an outdoor shower for the whole complex at the top of the track to the beach.
Heating and cooling - There is split system air conditioning in the master bedroom, and all the doors and windows can be opened to catch the breeze. Heaters are provided to keep you warm in winter.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There are two parking spaces at Jervis Shores. You will have access to the single garage and there is a second parking spot to the right of the house. Please ensure you do not block any other residents parking spaces or access.

Minimum stay- There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day- Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access- This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner canguarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
