Where will I be?

Coastal Dreamer on Headland Drive is located in the much sought-after beachside suburb of Gerroa. 

The Blue Swimmer Cafe and Restaurant is only a five minute stroll away, or Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

Coastal Dreamer is a well laid out beach house in a fantastic location. Facing toward the long stretch of Seven Mile Beach, Coastal Dreamer is an incredible vantage point for the sun rising over the surf or setting over the rolling hills of Rose Valley and Foxground. It's easy, family friendly layout makes staying here - a dream!

How is the property laid out?

Coastal Dreamer is an impressive two storey home.

On the lower level you will find a double garage housing a table tennis table. Bedroom 4 is on this level and has an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and shower. 

All other areas are upstairs, which you access directly from the front foyer. As you come up to the second level you are met with a spacious living area which flows directly to the kitchen and dining areas. Glass sliding doors lead you to a large outdoor balcony with views as far as the eye can see. Bedroom 1 comes off the living room space, has a walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite attached. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are towards the back of the property with another bathroom and separate toilet in between.

What about outdoors?

Heading to the backyard via gates either side of the property you find yourself coming up to the the back patio and BBQ area. Small, enclosed grass areas are at the back of the block which are great to let the kids play whilst entertaining outside.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

This property is well equipped for all seasons with air conditioning, some ceiling fans, gas heaters and a pedestal fan. Coastal Dreamer can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze!

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is off street open air parking for three cars on the driveway, androom for 1 vehicle in the garage. Street parking is also available.

Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

Are there any special Peak Season rules?

Please note that during Peak Season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on public holidays.

WiFi, Netflix, Internet or Pay TV -will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
The main TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Stan etc and a Bluray/DVD player is also provided.
