Where will I be?
Only 40 metres to the water at Werri Beach, Amethyst's amazing location is hard to miss. You can be on the beach in 2 minutes as this property is directly opposite. With the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk only 400 metres away, Werri Lagoon 600 metres away and the shops and cafes of Gerringong being a short 5 minute drive up the hill, your holiday plans will easily fall into place when staying here!

How is the property laid out?
Amethyst is a two storey home with both levels housing living and bedroom areas.
Entering downstairs, to the left you'll find Queen Bedrooms 2 and 3. To the right of the front door the living room opens to the kitchen space, which then leads straight to the main dining table room. A screened back door leads out to the open terrace and backyard, as well as adjoined studio Bedroom 4. This can be two singles or made as a King on request at booking.
Upstairs is a second, large, light filled open living and lounge area with windows all around and a kitchenette with sink and bar fridge for your afternoon drinks and nibbles. The front deck is a great spot to watch the sun rise or set over Werri Beach. To the left of the stairs you find Bedroom 1 with a King Bed, ensuite and a small back deck giving delightful countryside views.
PLEASE NOTE- Bedroom 4 can be made up as king bed if required. The default configuration is two single beds. Please let us know your preference at the time of making your booking.
What about outdoors?
This property boasts agood sized backyard with landscaping details surrounding the fenced perimeter. A dining setting is placed in the shade of pine and native trees and the back terraceis the perfect spot for catching the sun.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Amethyst is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning and fans are provided. All windows have fly screens and in the summer months the house can be opened up to catch a refreshing sea breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality linen, bath towels and sheets are all provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Amethyst has room for 1 car in the driveway and ample street side parking. The garage is reserved for owner use.
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?
Sorry this property is not pet friendly as the rear fencing is quite low.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak Season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
Amethyst offers complementary WiFi, and TVs are Netflix-enabled so bring your login details. Keep in mind that the owner nor the managing agent can guarantee connectivity, so if internet access is critical during your stay please make sure you have a Plan B!
