Off-Leash areas for your dog in the Kiama, Bombo, Gerringong and Gerroa regions
Kiama Council has seven coastal off-leash areas for the exercise and recreation of dogs. These areas, and their time restrictions, are patrolled by Rangers. People found exercising their dogs off-leash outside these time restrictions may be fined. Of principal concern to Council are the impacts caused by irresponsible dog owners failing to remove and properly dispose of their dog's faeces in the bins provided or failing to maintain control of their unleashed dogs in these areas.

Bombo Beach/Headland, Bombo: Access the headland from Darian Ave, Bombo. Access the beach from left turn off Princes Highway, Bombo, travelling north past Kiama exit.
Kaleula and Marsden Headland, Kiama: Access this area from the eastern and southern sides of Tingira Cres, Kiama.
Gerringong Headland, Gerringong: Access this area from the eastern end of Belinda St, or the eastern end of Pacific Ave, Gerringong.
Black Head, Gerroa: Access this area from the eastern end of Headland Drive, or the eastern end of Stafford St, at Black Head Point, Gerroa.
