  • CoachHouse Restaurant, Hotel Berry: 02 4464 1011. Wonderfully snug in winter with a real fire. Open Mon-Fri lunch and dinner. Sat and Sun breakfast, lunch dinner. Breakfast from 9am, lunch from 11.30, dinner 6pm-9pm.
  • Twenty Three at Berry: 02 4464 2323 (of course!). Excellent food, some of the best in town. Has been in the SMH Good Food Guide.  Dinner from 6pm Wed-Sun. BYO. Wed 2 course special - $37.50. Catering and private functions available.
  • Pavilion Bar and Brasserie Restaurant: 02 4464 2930. Delicious! Breakfast 7 days. Dinner from 6pm Mon-Sat.
  • Postmans Ghost Cafe and Restaurant: 02 4464 3379. One of the old building of Berry. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner Tues-Sat.
  • Coolangatta Estate: 02 4448 7131. About 10 minutes by car from central Berry towards the coast is this vineyard with restaurant serving fresh regional produce. The South Coasts most awarded winery (try the Semillon). Open daily.
  • The Silos: 02 4448 6160. What a wonderful way to lunch. Set in the vineyard, about 10 minutes by car from central Berry, perfect for a wedding reception. Wed-Sun lunch and dinner.
  • JasperValley Wines and Vines Cafe: 02 4464 1596. Breathtaking views and a Mediterranean lunch. Cafe Fri-Sun 11am-5pm.

  • Thai Berry: 02 4464 2087. Fabulous Thai to eat in or take out. Try the vegetarian Pad Thai and Red Duck Curry ... mmm ... Open Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sun 12-8pm. Fri and Sat 12-9pm. Closed 3pm-5pm weekdays.
  • Berry Woodfired Sourdough Bakery: 02 4464 1617. Miss this cafe and weep! Best breakfast and brunch in town. Has been in SMH Good Food Guide. Wed-Sat 8am-6pm. Sun 8am-4.30pm.
  • Grapefruit Cafe: 02 4464 1920. Fabulous old grapefruit tree in an outdoor garden (great in spring!).  9.30am-4pm 7 days.
  • The Mixed BerryGarden Cafe: 02 4464 3223. Open 8.30am-5pm. Closed Wed and Thurs through winter.
  • Hedgehogs Coffee Shop: 02 4464 3051. Behind the hedge. Breakfast from 8am. Open 7 days.
  • The Emporium Food Co: 02 4464 1570. Great deli with Grinders coffee. Open 7 days 9am-5pm. Sunday 10am-4.30pm.
