The Team
Perrie Croshaw is former Sydney Morning Herald Money Editor and senior editor on London's Financial Times. She was Secretary of the Shoalhaven North Visitors’ Association and Brand Shoalhaven and is currently on the board of Regional Development Australia, Illawarra. Perrie worked at the forefront of the Boutique Tourism industry in Shoalhaven during the 1990s, running an award-winning B&B, Sundance Park, in Berry and self-contained holiday accommodation, Seadance, in Gerroa. She also surfs - pretty much everyone down here does!
Paul Baldwin is former-CEO of a major financial services group based in Wollongong. He has over 30 years experience in finance administration and management across a range of industries. He has lived in the local area for more than 20 years, is a keen surfer and is passionate about his 100 acre permaculture farm in Bendalong.
Kiah Baldwin is studying marketing and journalism at university and works part time with our team.
