However, as the relevant accommodation providers on this website supply this information, it accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription contained within this website or information as so supplied.

Sales of services as contained on this website are made by South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd only as an agent for the person, business or company providing the services. South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for any changes in price variation of services shown. All services and prices are subject to change without notice.

• Accommodation suppliers - South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd provides the guest name, telephone number, address and email address for each booking made to the relevant accommodation supplier. Our accommodation suppliers require this information for the booking and if they need to contact you about the booking. Although South Coast  Holidays Pty Ltd offers accommodation from reputable accommodation suppliers, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any suppliers whose accommodation you purchase on Www.southcoastholidays.com.au.
• Legal obligations - South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd may be required by law to disclose information provided by you to South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd for the purposes of obtaining products or services from Www.southcoastholidays.com.au. South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.

How You Control and Access Your Information
South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd believes that site visitors and customers should have control over the collection and use of their PII. You have control and access to your information as follows:
• Booking information - If at anytime you would like to alter the PII you provided to South Coast Holidays Pty Ltd in your booking, please contact us.
• General - If at anytime you wish to enquire about any of your PII that is stored by Www.southcoastholidays.com.au please contact us.

Validity of Rates

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$), please refer to the Currency Converter on the Accommodation search page for the price in you local currency.

Accommodation costs are for room only and do not include transfer or breakfast cost unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Prices over accommodation block out periods may alter from the prices advertised. Contact us for further details.

Cancellation Policy

• Written cancellation notice of four weeks is required for payment to be credited against a future stay within six months of the reservation. 

• Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit, unless the entire period is booked by others. 

• Holiday plans can be affected by influences beyond your control, so it is suggested that you purchase domestic travel invoice through a travel agent.

Payment Conditions and Bond

• A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival.

• Total payment is required if the reservation is within 4 weeks of arrival.

• Credit card details must be provided and shown if requested to be utilised in lieu of a bond or a $1,000 cash refundable bond with be required.

Booking Amendments

A charge of $25 will apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed.

Damages and Excess Cleaning

• Payment is required for any repair or replacement of damaged or lost household effects, fittings or furniture during the period of occupancy.

• The premises must be maintained and left as found, clean and tidy.

• If warranted, an excess cleaning fee up to $100 can be charged.

Guest Numbers and Behaviour

• The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation. South Coast Holidays reserves the right to inspect any property where it suspects the number of people staying are more than the number shown on the booking form. 

• If it is apparent that more guests have stayed than are booked in to any property, South Coast Holidays reserves the right to charge for the extra guests

• The conduct of all guests must not be of nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring properties.

Other Terms and Conditions

• No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to guests personal property left on the premises.

• Smoking is not permitted indoors.

• Fish are not to be cleaned nor oysters opened on the premises.

• The viewing of premises is advised before booking. Any verbal description is given in good faith and to the best of our ability. 

• We take no responsibility and can offer no refund for alleged misdescription.

Tours

These operators reserve the right to alter itineraries at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond their control.
