We have visited all of the properties we make booking referrals for. This means you can be confident that when you use our services, our staff will be able to answer all of your questions.

OUR TEAM

  • Perrie Croshaw (licensee in charge) is a former finance journalist, Secretary of the Shoalhaven North Visitors’ Association and Brand Shoalhaven and board member of South Coast Tourism and Regional Development Australia, Illawarra. Perrie worked at the forefront of the Boutique Tourism industry in Shoalhaven during the 1990s, running an award-winning B&B, Sundance Park, in Berry and self-contained holiday accommodation, Seadance, in Gerroa.  
  • Paul Baldwin is former-CEO of a major financial services group based in Wollongong. He has over 30 years experience in finance administration and management across a range of industries. He has lived in the local area for more than 20 years, is a keen surfer and is passionate about his 100 acre permaculture farm in Bendalong.
  • Kiah Thomas (client manager) is an advertising, marketing and pr student at UTS and has worked in tourism and hospitality.
  • Cate Waterhouse (quality control) helps bring on new properties and maintain standards at ones we already list.
  • Steve Kidd (maintenance) is a vital link in our business - he keeps the properties working properly!
