Saltash and The Boatshed is one of the closest properties to the sands of Werri Beach. These two dwellings have separate bathrooms and sleep a total of 10 people in a variety of configurations.

Whether you rent Saltash on its own or together with The Boatshed, this flexible beach retreat is perfect for couples, groups and extended families. Situated near the north end of the Beach, it is close to the protected waters of Werri Lagoon, a favourite family bathing spot. See whales, dolphins and sea eagles along the nearby 6km walk from Gerringong to Kiama. Saltash is also very close to a child's playground, an off-leash beach area for dogs, a cycle track that runs the entire length of the beach and direct public walkway access to the lagoon.

•  2 Bedrooms + Sunroom/rumpus:
• Bedroom 1: Two long singles which can be joined together to make a king bed.
• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
• Sunroom/rumpus: Two single beds. Folding screen for added privacy.
•  2 Bathrooms: Main house with shower and bath plus separate toilet.
• Additional bathroom in The Boatshed with shower, bath and toilet.
•  Spacious kitchen with gas oven and hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
•  Open plan dining and lounge area with TV, DVD and CD player. Dining table with seating for 8 people plus two extra folding chairs.
•  Sunroom/rumpus with additional TV/DVD, two sofas, a chest filled with games/toys, plus two single beds.
•  Laundry with washer,dryer and ironing board situated in The Boatshed.
•  Gas heating in the main living area plus oil heaters in all other rooms
•  Ceiling fans in each room
•  Outdoor extending dining table and seating.
•  Gas barbecue with 2 bottles.
•  Extras include free cot (bring your own cot linen) and highchair, Christmas tree (faux) & lights, games and children's books

THE BOATSHED Accommodates 4.

•  2 long single beds which can be joined together to make a king.
•  Generous queen-sized sofa bed that sleeps two people in comfort - bed size (140 x 200cm). Sofabed has a slat base ie. no trampoline springs.
•  Separate self-contained living area apart from the main house.
•  Bathroom with shower, bath, sink, washer and dryer.
•  Dining table with seating for 4.
•  Lounge with sofa and coffee table.
•  Microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster plus cutlery and crockery. Note: there is no kitchen sink. The laundry sink in the next room can be used.
•  There is no TV or DVD in The Boatshed.
•  Secluded patio at rear with outdoor setting
