"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special- This property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Seaways is ideal in summer as it is directly across the road from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach, Little Beach and the lagoon which are perfect for small families with kids.
The Blue Swimmer cafe and restaurant is only a five minute stroll away or Gerringong is a seven minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

Configuration - Enjoy open plan living in this retro cottage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island bench, and a combined dining and living area with views of Seven Mile Beach. You will also find a daybed alcove that is perfect for reading. There are 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed in each and one with two singles. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and a separate outside toilet.
Outdoors - Enjoy the views of Crooked River and Seven Mile Beach from the front deck. There is also a covered back patio with outdoor setting and BBQ. There is a large lawn area in the back yard shaded by a Moreton Bay Fig, but please note that the yard is not fenced.
Heating and cooling -There is reverse cycle aircon in the living area for year round comfort. You will also find ceiling fans in the three bedrooms and the windows and doors have fly screens so you can catch the breeze.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking - There is undercover parking for one car in the carport and open air parking for two cars on the driveway. Street parking is also available.
Pets - Pets are welcome at Seaways subject to the following rules:
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
