Location- The house sits in an elevated position with fantastic north views from every room. You can access the beach by stepping over a stile on the back fence, walking across a paddock and cutting through the Easts Beach Caravan Park - easy, and fun! Or you can walk to the end of Attunga Avenue and join the Coastal Walk track. The Manning Street shops are an easy fiveminute drive away, as is the Kiama town centre.

Configuration- Ocean Breeze Kiama is a double storey home, laid out as follows:
Downstairs - entrance, lounge room with tv nook, rumpus room for the kids with large tv, shared bathroom with separate toilet, one bedroom, kitchen adjacent to the dining and living area, side deck with bench seating and the BBQ, and a large full width front deck.
Upstairs - three bedrooms, full width balcony, shared bathroom, with dual access from the master bedroom and hallway.
Outdoors -Ocean Breeze Kiama has a front garden area with plenty of driveway parking, a back garden with trampoline for the kids, and plenty of large decks - covered side deck with BBQ, covered full width deck overlooking the ocean, and a full width balcony upstairs. There are plenty of outdoor options therefore!
There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach!
Heating and cooling- Ocean Breeze Kiama has split system air conditioning / heating in the master bedroom, and all upstairs bedrooms have roller shutters. The house can be opened up fully to catch any ocean breeze. For the cooler months, there is also a gas heater downstairs in the living area and an oil heater in each bedroom.
Linen -Linen and bath towels are supplied at Ocean Breeze Kiama. Please however bring your favourite beach towels!
Parking- Attunga Avenue is a very busy street (including a daily bus service), so please make full use of the off-street parking at the house - 1 under the carport, 2 and 3 side by side behind that, plus a 4th on the lawn if needed. Please keep your vehicles off the street as much as possible to keep the traffic flow clear, and to allow for visitor parking at neighbouring houses.Please park as much as you can on site, and please limit the number of vehicles in your party to 3 - 4 if possible.
Pets- Ocean Breeze Kiama is a pet friendly property, subject to all the normal rules of no dogs on furniture or beds, clean up your doggy mess please, and make sure your dog does not bark at night or if left alone.
Minimum stay -there is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- Ocean Breeze has complimentary NBN wifi, and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
