Location – Kendalls Beach Cottage is located across from the public reserve at Kendalls Beach. In a straight line, the beach is literally only 60 metres away! Nearby you will find good coastal walking tracks and Kiama town centre is a short drive away. The closest shops are on Manning Street, within walking distance as well.

Key features – This property is ideal for a small family getaway. It is compact, stylish, well renovated and fully equipped! Spend the day in the surf across the road and then relax in the sheltered outdoor living area.
Configuration – Kendalls Beach Cottage has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Down the hall are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of single bunks (suitable for 4 children only). There is a combined bathroom and laundry.
Outdoors – Kendalls Beach cottage has a large undercover outdoor area which is private from the street and protected from the wind. To the side of the house you also have a courtyard style garden.
Heating and cooling – There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area for year round comfort - cooling or heating. All of the doors and the windows have flyscreens to catch the breeze and keep you cool in the summer.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, blankets & doonas, linen and bath towels are provided in this home. However please bring your own favourite beach towels.
Parking – There is parking for one car on the driveway of the main house. Please park on the right-hand side of the drive. The left side is for use by guests of the adjacent main house. There is also street parking.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
