Moruya Heads is 10km towards the coast from the beautiful south coast town of Moruya. Pretty much just follow the Moruya River to the property and then Just Sit! This is a modern, newly built home just suited for family groups and those with mobility difficulties as there is a wheelchair access ramp to the living and sleeping level (there are 2 car parking spaces that lead directly to ramp).

Location - Please scroll down to see this property’s exact location on Google maps. Just Sit is located across the road from Moruya river. About 200 metres around the corner is a patrolled beach (during the summer) surf life saving club, palyground, BBQ area and take away shop

Key features - Just Sit is a great holiday destination for those that want to be close to the water and relax! There are river views from the front deck, listen to birdsong with a cup of tea in the morning or relax with a wine and cheese platter at night! The main street of Moruya is only a 10 minute drive away with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants or continue down the road to historic Tilba Tilba or Narooma (both about 30-40 minute drive away)

Configuration - Just Sit is a modern holiday home with water views, it has been designed for people with mobility issues or in wheelchairs. 
The main house is upstairs, a permanent tenant lives in a small apartment underneath.
There are 4 bedrooms a queen master bedroom with carpeted flooring a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, another queen bedroom with tiled flooring. (This adjoins the shared bathroom and provides easy access for those with mobility difficulties) and two bunk rooms, one with 1 set of bunk beds and the other with with a tri bunk (double bed below and single bed above) There are 2 bathrooms 
an ensuite bathroom to master bedroom with shower, bath, vanity and toilet, and another bathroom with  shower, (built in seat in shower), vanity and toilet. 

There is a ramp to the living, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor deck area at the rear of the property. The lounge and kitchen areas are light and airy open plan spaces and flow out onto the front deck which has a river view. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware and plenty of storage space for a longer stay. Both the stove and sink area are designed for people in wheelchairs or with mobility issues. Below the property is a shared laundry with washing machine.

Outdoors - The large front deck has a table and a BBQ for outdoor summer dining.

Heating and cooling - A Green architectural design allow the house to self-regulate temperature using double glazed windows to provide a cool summer escape. The large sliding doors can be opened up to give an outdoor feel to the space. There is a remote control gas fireplace in the living area.

Linen - This property does not supply sheets, towels or pillow cases.  Please bring your own or ask us for the details of a linen hire service.  Should you bring your own, you will need: sheets, pillow cases, towels, and bath mats.

Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 3 cars. The second spot under house is for person living in the apartment under the house.

Pets - Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.  Please contact us for a list of pet friendly options, of which we have many.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season.  Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January

Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable.  We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.

Internet/WIFI access - Sorry, this property does not provide wifi.  Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

Please note - 

  1. A permanent tenant lives in a small apartment under the main house. The main house, living space and decks are all completely separate.
