Key features - Relax and unwind in the large open plan living and dining area, with French doors opening out onto huge entertaining timber deck which contains sitting arrangements for the family.
Configuration - Deck 34 is a single level property with four bedrooms, two with queen beds and two twin rooms with long single beds.
There are three bathrooms, including two ensuites to Bedroom One and Two. These have shower, vanity and toilet, and the main bathroom has shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
The house is modern throughout and has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher. The large living/dining area has comfy sofas,TV, Stereo and DVD player. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a games room with table tennis and foosball.
Bedding configuration - please note that the twin bedrooms can be made as a king or left in the default configuration of two long singles. Please let us know a preference at the time of making your booking.
Outdoors - Huge decks wraps around the back of the property overlooking the beach. There is a gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs for you to sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
Heating and Cooling - Deck 34 has gas heating in the living area and portable heaters available for the rest of the property. The property can be opened up to let in ocean breezes in summer.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for up to threecars on the driveway. The garage has been converted to a games room.
Pets - Sorry, Deck 34 is not pet friendly. Please contact us for some pet friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agencynor the owner canguarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
