Configuration - CV'U is a two bedroom apartment on the top floor. There is a queen bedroom and another bedroom with a tri- bunk and trundle bed for four children or two adults. (please note the top bunk is not suitable for adults). Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.There is one bathroom with shower over compact bath, toilet and vanity.
The kitchen is modern and thoughtfully equipped including full stove, oven, microwave,dishwasher, sandwich press, iron and ironing board. The eat-in Caesarstone breakfast bar is perfect for entertaining.
There is a spacious open plan living area withair-conditioning,TV, DVD and seating for six with a leather lounge. A selection of DVD's, games and magazines are provided for guests.There is also a shared laundry and BBQ area.
Outdoors - A large porch with table and chairs and a shared BBQ area.
Heating and cooling - CV'U has reverse cycle air- conditioning in the kitchen/living area and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The bedrooms are carpeted for warmth.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is undercover parking for one car. The garage is for the owner's use only and is not available to guests.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
