This roomy 4 bedroom pet friendly house near the beach is ideal for big or small families.

The recent addition of a large upstairs deck with access directly from the main living area, enhances the enjoyment of outdoor entertaining. Fantastic for eating outside or relaxing in the sun with a good book, coffee or refreshing drink. The backyard is fully fenced and the beach offers set off-leash times making it the perfect house to bring your pet.

4 bedrooms:

  • Master Queen bedroom upstairs in carpeted room with wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lights. Glass doors slide open to large front terrace with water glimpses
  • 2nd bedroom upstairs with 1 bunk bed (2 singles) wardrobe, bedside table and bedside light carpeted.
  • Bathroom upstairs has corner spa bath, shower over bath, vanity and toilet.

Also upstairs is the main living and dining room. In the dining area you have a glass dining table with 8 chairs and doors that slide open to the front terrace which overlooks the front garden.

The Living area has a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa with easy chair and 2 side tables, flatscreen TV and DVD player. Doors slide open from the living area to the front terrace. This room has Airconditioning and both the living and dining areas are carpeted.

Dine alfresco on the roomy front terrace with outdoor wooden dining table and 10 chairs, 2 sunloungers and a turbo gas BBQ. 

Kitchen with fridge freezer, sharp microwave, LG dishwasher, Westinghouse electric oven and Westinghouse Ceran electric hob, caffitaly coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, ample crockery, glasses, cutlery and serving dishes.

Downstairs:

Second living area with 2nd TV DVD and video. 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, extra loung chair, games and books. 

  • Bed 3 with Queen bed, carpeted, with hanging rack, bedside tables and lights and views to back garden.
  • Bed 4 with 1 bunk bed (2 singles), carpeted and a chest of drawers 

Laundry/bathroom with shower basin and toilet, Washing machine, dryer, tub, ironing board, iron and dust buster. Clothesline at rear of back garden. 

At the rear of the property is an outdoor terraced and lawned area with another outdoor dining table and chairs plus outdoor sink and outdoor bar fridge. 

The Garage has a table tennis table and some body boards.

At the side of the home is an outdoor shower.

There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars.

  • Linen and towels are not included but can be supplied at an additional cost on request.
  • There is a portable cot and highchair on site to save you packing your own.
  • You will find selection of beach toys and sand equipment including boogie boards, buckets and spades etc which you are most welcome to use.

  • This property is Pet friendly. Dogs are allowed with prior approval and the fee is $50. Dogs must be declared on booking otherwise the security deposit will be forfeited. Bring your own bedding and bowls. Please note: The property is fully fenced with grassed back garden. Please do not leave your pet alone at any time in the property. Pets must be closely supervised at all times
  • For your added security, this property BY THE SEA is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts
  • check in around 3pm and departure at 10:30 unless otherwise arranged.

WHAT TO SEE AND DO

  • Culburra has two surf beaches, Warrain and Culburra Beach. Warrain is patrolled by the local SLSC club year round. Culburra Beach is patrolled at peak times through the summer only.
  • The area is surrounded by a lake where you will find plenty of good fishing spots and places to launch your boat. and while you're there see if you can spot the gorgeous black swans during certain times of the year.
  • Culburra's local shops are just a 5 minutes drive from the house, and include a large Woolworths supermarket where you can stock up on supplys at your convenience. There is also a Chinese restuarant (great for take-away), pizzeria, a couple of great cafe's, bakery, pharmacy and newagents plus more.
  • There are lots of mountain bike trails and walks to take in the fresh air or stroll along the long stretch of beaches. Also, visit the lighthouse at Crookhaven heads (about a 15 mins walk each way). You might be lucky enough to spot some seals, dolphins or even a whale.
  • Only 2.5 hours from Sydney, 15 min from Nowra and 30 minutes from Berry, Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay. Take a drive to local areas such as Callala Bay and Callala Beach, Currawong and Huskisson to see more of what the south coast has to offer.
  • Enjoy a lovely dinner at the reknowned Butter Factory restaurant, (located a short drive from Culburra Beach). Culburra also has a local RSL Club, they have a pick up and drop off service, just make a call and they will come and collect you in their bus and drop you back home. Visit lovely Greenwell Point's Bowling Club for a bistro meal or visit their Chinese Restaurant.
  • There is plenty to do if you seek it out or just sit back and relax...

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for this property, plus credit card details. Charges will only occur if there is any damage, any excess cleaning, or more importantly, any excess noise reported at this property. Please note this is a residential area and any disturbances to neighbouring properties may result in eviction.
