Location -.Beach View is located one street back from the southern end of Seven Mile Beach where the Crooked River feeds into the ocean. It is just a short walk around the corner to Gerroa's famous Blue Swimmer Cafe, or diagonally across the road to the Post Office and general store, and up the hill to The Gerroa Boat Fishermans club.

Key features - Beach View is in a great location for those who want to be close to the beach.It is an older style cottage recently brought up to date with polished wooden floors throughout, a fresh coat of paint inside and out and a modern kitchen and spruced up bathroom.
Configuration -Beach View is a three bedroom cottage, with one queen bed, one double bed and a sunroom with two single beds (plus one small trundle bed for an extra child). There is one bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet.
The TV and living room has comfortablesofas to seat six people, large flat screen TV and DVD player, and doors that open onto a front deck with views down to Seven Mile Beach. The kitchen/dining area is at the northern end of an open room which also has a wooden dining table with chairs to seat six people,a sofa and easy chair at the southern end, plus radio and record player.The kitchen is well equipped with iPod dock, Smeg dishwasher, Westinghouse gas hob and electric oven, Beko Fridge, Panasonic microwave, Aldi coffee machine (with some pods provided). There is also a laundry with washing machine and tub.
Outdoors - The back garden and pebbled area has a large gas BBQ plus outdoor table and seating for six people.
Heating and Cooling - Beach View has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for one car on the driveway plus two small cars can fit on the grassed area on the beach side of the house behind the hedge.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
