* Written cancellation notice of four weeks is required for payment to be credited against a future stay within six months of the reservation.
* Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit unless the entire period is booked by others.
* Holiday plans can be affected by influences beyond your control so it is suggested that you purchase domestic travel invoice through a travel agent.
Payment and Bond Conditions
* A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival.
* Total payment is required if the reservation is within 4 weeks of arrival.
* Credit card details must be provided and shown if requested to be utilised in lieu of a bond or a $1 000 cash refundable bond with be required.
Booking Amendments
* A charge of $25 will apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed.
* PETS allowed outside only subject to approval.
