* 3 Queen bedrooms: All beds are dressed with pure wool blankets, quality linen and an assortment of pillows. Curtains block out the room to darkness and total privacy for day-time naps. All beds are fitted with electric blankets.
1. COURTYARD master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with door to enclosed, private, furnished courtyard and outdoor shower. A TV/DVD, security safe, bar fridge and tea-making facilities, cupboard and clothes hanging space are all provided. It has a beautiful outlook to the lake.
2. LAKE bedroom with en-suite looks to the still waters of the lake. Sliding doors open to an outside deck.
3. GARDEN bedroom uses main bathroom next door. Wide doors give access onto the main undercover, garden deck and looks beyond to the orchard gardens.
* LIVING AREA with lounge, open, gas fire, TV/DVD/iPOD dock with theatre system forms part of a flow-through dining, kitchen, deck space.
* DINING area with place mats, paper napkins, silver-plate cutlery and a wide choice of crockery, serving platters and bowls.
* KITCHEN has a wide bench for casual breakfasts, dishwasher, five-burner gas stovetop, large refrigerator/freezer, pantry with spices/herbs and essential dry goods. A separate butlers kitchen area allows preparation of coffees/teas/toast and is also a wet bar. There are plenty of wine racks and glasses for your drinks.
* LAUNDRYwith front-load washer, dryer and clothes line on outside deck.
* DECKS, mostly undercover, wrap around the home. An outdoor table suits al fresco eating
